You know it's hard for black women in Colorado to have gorgeous hair. Joy has been doing my hair for about 5 years now. When in her chair she explains everything she's doing and why, the products she's using (which she sells in the salon) and how to keep your style and color looking fresh.

As this was my first time in her chair, she explained everything from the products she was using to treat my hair to the processes she was using and why. She also asked questions (but wasn't overly invasive) to understand my styling habits to ensure I was able to maintain a healthy head of hair. I'm definitely looking forward to returning for my color treatment in a few weeks!

“I can’t stress enough how much she cares about hair health!”

Let me start out by saying that I have had multiple people recommend Joy to me… at separate times! One of which was a woman I randomly met on a plane. That should tell you something right there about the quality of service she provides.

As a former California girl living in this dry Colorado climate, my hair was suffering! When I booked my first appointment it was truly a joy! She gave me a fabulous cut that helped revitalize my curls and give body to my fine hair. I did a Platinum Steam Treatment for 20 minutes, and my scalp and hair feel fantastic!

Hair health is her top priority—she educates you so that in between appointments you can manage your hair and maintain hair health. The quality of service and her level of professionalism are uncanny and well worth every penny she charges.
